To cancel your booking, please contact us through any of the following channels before your scheduled collection time:
• **Call/WhatsApp**: 8686 073 073
• **Email**: care@labtin.com
• **Via App/Website**: Log in to your account and cancel from "My Orders"
Please have your booking ID ready when contacting us. Cancellations are processed immediately upon confirmation.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
• Refunds are credited to the **original payment method** used at the time of booking.
• **Online payments** (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking): Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The exact credit date depends on your bank.
• **Cash payments**: Refunds for cash payments are processed as bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.
• You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email once the refund is initiated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
• The patient/authorized representative was not present at the scheduled address at the time of collection.
• Incorrect address or contact information was provided, preventing successful collection.
• The patient refused collection after the phlebotomist arrived.
• The booking was cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled time (no-show policy).
• Tests already processed in the laboratory cannot be refunded.
Re-test Policy
If your test results are affected by:
• A laboratory processing error on our part
• Sample degradation due to improper handling by our team
• Equipment malfunction
We will offer a **free re-test** at no additional charge, or a **full refund** at your discretion. Please raise a re-test request within 48 hours of receiving your report by contacting our support team.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:
• Emailing care@labtin.com with your booking ID and the details of your complaint.
• Calling our customer support line at 8686 073 073 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7 AM – 9 PM).
We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and within 7 business days.
