By accessing or using Labtin Diagnostics' services — including our website, mobile app, home collection service, and diagnostic testing — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and patients of Labtin Diagnostics.

Labtin Diagnostics provides the following services: • Diagnostic laboratory testing (blood tests, urine tests, and other pathology services) • Home sample collection by trained phlebotomists • Health checkup packages • Digital report delivery via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email • Online test booking and appointment scheduling We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

• All bookings are subject to availability of time slots and phlebotomists in your area. • Appointment confirmations will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp to your registered mobile number. • Please ensure you follow any fasting or preparation instructions specific to your booked tests. • Labtin Diagnostics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational requirements, with prior notice to the patient. • Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking.

• Home collection is performed by trained and verified phlebotomists. • Patients must be present at the specified address at the scheduled time. • If the patient is unavailable at the time of collection, the booking may be marked as a failed visit. Rescheduling may attract additional charges. • All collection equipment used is sterile, single-use, and disposed of safely. • Labtin Diagnostics follows standard biosafety protocols for sample collection and transportation.

• Diagnostic reports are typically delivered the same day (within 8–12 hours of sample collection for most tests). • Reports are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and Email. Physical copies can be requested at the lab. • Test results are for informational purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional. • Labtin Diagnostics is not responsible for any clinical decisions made based solely on our reports without consulting a physician. • In case of critical values, our lab will attempt to notify you or your doctor immediately.

• All prices are inclusive of sample collection charges unless stated otherwise. • Payment can be made online (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) or cash at the time of collection. • Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored. • Promotional discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless stated. • Invoices/receipts will be provided for all transactions.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on cancellations and refunds. In general: • Cancellations made 2+ hours before the scheduled collection time are eligible for a full refund. • No-show or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Labtin Diagnostics' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or technical failures beyond our control. • Diagnostic reports are laboratory results only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

All content on the Labtin Diagnostics website and app — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Labtin Diagnostics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
